New Officers Hired

The New Castle City Police Department welcomes four new police officers to our ranks.  The NCPD wishes each officer the best as they begin their Law Enforcement Career. 

Ryan GRACE, from Mercer PA.

Bryan BORGHI from New Castle, PA.

Shay SARCONE from New Castle, PA.

Hailey HOUK from Fredonia, PA.

These officers will be assigned an FTO (Field Training Officer) for approximately three months.  Where the training they received at the Police Academy will be expanded and the training officer will make sure each officer is proficient with all aspects of the job before they are release on their own.
